Step by step
1. Contact us
Call or write to our reception during working hours. We operate daily from 9:00 to 17:00.
2. We will check apartment availability
At the same time, we will secure the apartment you chose directly in our system.
3. Cancel your booking on Booking.com or Airbnb
Only after our confirmation do you cancel your booking on the portal, allowing us to ensure your reservation is not lost.
4. Book directly and pay less
You receive a 5% discount compared to the original booking amount.
Important – Do Not Cancel the Reservation Yourself
If you first cancel the reservation on Booking.com or Airbnb, there is a risk the apartment will be booked by someone else before we can reassign it to you. Therefore, we handle the entire process together,
