Aleje III is an apartment where you can spend time together without giving up your own space. The 100 m² interior includes three separate bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. The heart of the living area is a table with a marble top, large enough for shared meals or planning the next day in Krakow.
The interior was designed by a Krakow-based architect, drawing on the modernist character of the 1930s tenement building. Custom-made Tyzenhauz Home Decore furniture is paired with 1960s chairs and armchairs, restored by local craftsmen. Wooden floors, gold lamps, navy-blue fabrics and colorful graphics give the apartment a distinctive character. However, this is not a space designed solely to be admired. The whole group can sit comfortably in the living room, play music on the Bluetooth stereo system or step out onto one of the two balconies overlooking the buildings in central Krakow.
The three air-conditioned bedrooms provide guests with privacy. Each contains two 80 × 200 cm beds that can be joined to form one 160 × 200 cm bed, as well as a Smart TV and a desk. During longer stays, some guests can relax while someone else works in peace. The 140 × 200 cm sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spaces, so the apartment can accommodate a maximum of eight people.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and the appliances needed to prepare meals. Guests also have access to bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. With a larger number of guests, these facilities make everyday living noticeably easier.
The apartment is located in a renovated modernist tenement building with a lift. Wawel and the Vistula Boulevards are within a short walking distance, while reaching the Main Market Square takes approximately 10 minutes. It is a good address for groups who want to stay close to the city center and have plenty of space for a shared evening when they return.
