Smoleńsk 307 is a spacious apartment with large windows, soft built-in lines, natural materials, and many chosen plants, creating a bright, calm interior of a higher standard. The view overlooks the inner courtyard, so despite being near the center, you can relax away from city traffic.
The apartment's key space is the living room combined with the dining area and kitchen, centered around a distinctive column.
The apartment is 88 m², comfortably designed for up to four people. The first bedroom has a 160 cm-wide bed, and the second features a sofa bed. This layout suits families, two couples, or groups of friends. Two bathrooms—one with a bathtub, the other with a shower—make mornings convenient when everyone is getting ready.
The full-size kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and other appliances needed for longer stays. Guests also have access to a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, and hairdryer. Air conditioning is available in three rooms.
The interior was designed by Avocado Concept studio. Its architecture, soft forms, muted greens, wood, and references to Kraków’s heritage are detailed in the PLN Design magazine publication.
The apartment is on the third floor of a modern, 24-hour guarded building with an elevator. It includes a parking space in the underground garage, allowing you to leave the car onsite and explore the center on foot. Smoleńsk Street is in a quieter part of downtown, within walking distance of the Main Market Square, Wawel, Planty Park, and many cafés and restaurants.
The same guarded building also houses the apartments: Smoleńsk 302, Smoleńsk 303, Smoleńsk 306, and Smoleńsk 405. This allows convenient accommodation for larger families or groups across several separate apartments at one address.
