This apartment has a distinct character inspired by 1960s design. Green armchairs on wooden frames, a simple table, leather seats, and vintage map graphics create an interior that is stylish but does not feel staged. You can comfortably settle in after a walk, watch a movie, or stay longer for a shared dinner.
On 40 m² there is a living room with a dining area and kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom. The living area features a folding sofa 140 cm wide, so the apartment can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom is calmer in color – it has a 160 cm wide bed, an upholstered headboard, and ample built-in storage. You can step directly from it onto the balcony.
The balcony faces an inner courtyard with trees. A small table and two chairs allow comfortable outdoor seating, making it a natural extension of the bedroom in warmer months. It is a pleasant place for a quiet breakfast or relaxation after returning to the apartment.
