Smoleńsk 306 shows the character of a well-designed city interior. On 31 m², every element has its place, and warm beiges, oak and walnut veneers, and custom-made furniture create a calm, orderly space. The whole is subtle, but the green table, patterned wallpaper, colorful ceramics, and vintage pieces give it its own rhythm.
The living area includes the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy breakfast, relax on the sofa, or work on a laptop here. The kitchen is integrated into the cabinetry, keeping it unobtrusive. Large windows provide natural light, while multiple lights set the mood in the evening.
The sleeping area with a 140 cm wide bed can be screened off with a soft curtain. This provides more privacy, and when pulled back, the apartment becomes one open space again. The apartment is for up to two people and suits couples, business trips, or longer stays by one person.
The kitchenette has an oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine. Guests also have a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, foldable drying rack, iron, hairdryer, and air conditioning.
The interior was designed by Furora Studio. The project was featured by Polish and international architecture and design media — described by „Vogue Polska”, Label Magazine and international magazine Yatzer. The apartment was also included in the most interesting Polish interiors of 2024 according to Label Magazine readers.
The apartment is on the third floor of a 24-hour guarded building with an elevator. The area is green and quiet, yet within walking distance of the Main Market, Wawel, and key central Kraków places. No parking space is assigned to the apartment.
The same secured building also houses the apartments: Smoleńsk 302, Smoleńsk 303, Smoleńsk 307 and Smoleńsk 405. This allows larger groups to book several separate flats in one building.
