The apartment is 41 m² and can host up to four people. Two extra sleeping places are provided by a 140 cm-wide sofa bed in the living room. Air conditioning in both rooms helps keep a comfortable temperature even on warm days. The bathroom features dark stone-effect tiles, a large mirror, and a simple freestanding sink. Guests also have a shower, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, and iron.
The flat is on the fourth floor of the “Pod Czaplą” townhouse, accessible by elevator. The renovated 1936–1937 building retains its modernist character and the distinctive flying heron emblem. Main Station and Galeria Krakowska are nearby, and the Main Market Square is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment has no assigned parking space.
Rakowicka 16 shares a vestibule with apartments Rakowicka 14 and Rakowicka 15. The same building also houses Rakowicka 2, Rakowicka 4, and Rakowicka 11. This is convenient for booking multiple flats for a larger family or group.
