The Sarego 1 Apartment has the atmosphere of a genuine Kraków flat, built up over years, not decorated by a single style. Exposed brick and old wooden doors sit alongside an antique cupboard, a blue display cabinet, a collection of prints, sculptures, and simple, modern sofas. Every item catches the eye and has its place, making the interior feel more like a collector's home than a standard rental apartment.
Two tall living room windows bring in natural light, and several seating spots offer comfortable places to relax, chat, or enjoy a board game evening. The large glass table is perfect for shared breakfasts or dinners. The open kitchen stays close to the living area.
The separate bedroom has a completely different, cozier feel. A double bed, piano, striped armchair, and decorative fabric over the headboard create a space fitting a 150-year-old townhouse. Classic furniture and Kraków-themed prints match the character of the old building.
The 65 m² apartment includes a hall, a large living room with open kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. It sleeps up to four guests and is especially convenient for couples or families planning a multi-day stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, with amenities like Smart TV, internet, and a hairdryer.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a townhouse at 15 Józefa Sarego Street. From here, it's easy to walk between Kazimierz, Wawel, and the Old Town, then relax in an interior that tells a piece of Kraków's history.
Breakfast can be added at the nearby café Bussola Coffee. It's a place we love and return to gladly. Various breakfast options are available.
The Tyzenhauz reception and luggage storage are a few hundred meters away, in the neighboring building at 16 św. Sebastiana Street. Luggage can be left there before check-in or after check-out.
Across the street, at 16 Józefa Sarego Street, are apartments Sarego 2, Sarego 3, Sarego 4, Sarego 5, Sarego 6, Sarego 7 and Sarego 9. At 3 Józefa Sarego Street is Sarego 8. This allows larger families or groups to book several apartments nearby, keeping separate spaces.
