Studio Sarego 3 is bright, calm, and decorated in shades of gray, white, and natural wood. A decorative mirror, chrome details, and the cool interior color scheme give it character. The whole is warmed up by the wooden floor, soft fabrics, and armchairs with a plant pattern and wooden armrests. Wall moldings and classic lamps fit well with the character of the restored tenement house.
The studio is 28 m² and has an open space where the sleeping and living areas are arranged. A 160 cm wide bed stands against a decorative wall, and on the opposite side there is a fold-out sofa, also 160 cm wide. This allows the apartment to accommodate up to four people. A table with chairs serves as a place for shared meals, and a large window lets in plenty of natural light.
A strong point of the apartment is the spacious balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. It allows you to step away from the city traffic and provides additional outdoor space, which is especially important during stays in warmer months.
The small kitchenette is equipped with a hotplate, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, and kettle. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a television, and a wardrobe.
The studio is located on the second floor of a restored tenement house with an elevator on Józefa Sarego Street.
