The kitchen wall, spanning the entire length, and the open shelf made of raw wood and steel pipes are the main highlights. However, the interior is not cold; large windows face a green courtyard, while a grey sofa and light blue armchair soften the rugged finish.
On 30 m², the apartment’s areas are clearly defined. The living room has a 160 cm wide sofa bed, a TV, and a breakfast bar with stools for meals or shared cooking. The bedroom is separated by a glass wall and curtains, allowing light while creating privacy, featuring a 140 cm wide bed. The apartment accommodates up to four guests.
The apartment opens onto a private patio overlooking the inner courtyard. In warmer months, it extends the living space. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and hob. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, with mint-colored embossed tiles contrasting the light grey finish. Guests have air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, and a foldable clothes dryer at their disposal.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a restored tenement at 16 Józefa Sarego Street, between the Old Town and Kazimierz. The Wawel Castle is also within easy walking distance.
Breakfast can be added to the stay at the nearby Bussola Coffee café. It’s a place we love and often return to. Various breakfast options are available.
Tyzenhauz reception and luggage storage are a few hundred meters away in the neighboring building at 16 św. Sebastiana Street. Luggage can be stored before check-in or after check-out.
The same tenement at 16 Józefa Sarego Street also houses apartments Sarego 2, Sarego 3, Sarego 4, Sarego 6, Sarego 7, Sarego 8, and Sarego 9. At the neighboring building at 15 Józefa Sarego Street is Sarego 1. This arrangement allows larger families or groups to book several apartments close to each other, maintaining separate spaces.
