The interior is distinctive, cheerful, and full of color. Deep navy gives it character, a floral headboard adds decorative detail, and a raspberry armchair breaks the uniformity. Light wood and large windows keep the space airy.
Although the studio is 23 m², it is designed so that each area remains separate. The sleeping zone with a 160 cm wide bed is partially shielded by a wall, offering more privacy than a typical studio. The living area includes a 140 cm wide sofa bed, a table, and a TV. The apartment accommodates up to four guests, ideal for couples, small families, or those wanting their own kitchen and balcony in the city center.
The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Guests also have a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a washer-dryer. The apartment is on the third floor of a renovated tenement. The elevator stops on the second floor; the last flight is by stairs. The studio shares a lobby with Sebastian III, Sebastian V, and Sebastian VI apartments, allowing several independent units to be easily booked together for larger groups.
The Tyzenhauz reception and luggage storage are in the same building, available before check-in or after check-out. All Sebastian apartments offer the option to buy breakfast at the nearby Bussola Coffee café — a place we love and often return to, with various breakfast options.
