The two-level layout of the Sebastian IX apartment makes 50 m² feel more spacious. Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the upstairs bedroom, while large glazing and skylights bring in plenty of natural light. Wood, olive green, rusty red, and mustard accents warm the raw concrete ceiling. Colorful tiles, graphics, and carefully chosen furniture give each room its own character, while the whole remains harmonious and relaxed.
The living room invites shared moments: sit at the table, prepare dinner, chat on the sofa, or plan the next day. The room opens onto a private balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, away from street noise. It holds a table and four chairs, making it an extra spot for breakfast, evening rest, or a quiet coffee in warmer months.
Both bedrooms have wide double beds. One includes a private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning; the other has a work desk. The second bathroom is shared by all guests and also houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The sofa bed in the living room provides two extra sleeping spots, allowing the apartment to comfortably host up to six people.
The kitchen is fully equipped, making the apartment ideal for longer stays. It includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and other necessary appliances. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
