Sebastiana X will appeal to those who like interiors with a strong character. The raw concrete ceiling, exposed brick, and Bauhaus-inspired posters create a loft vibe, but the apartment is neither cold nor minimalist. Wooden floors, rust-brown curtains, soft fabrics, and slightly retro furniture make it easy to feel at home. A bold feature is the blue kitchen cabinetry, adding energy to the living area.
In the morning, open the balcony door to enjoy coffee overlooking a quiet courtyard. Large windows fill the living room with natural light during the day. After city outings, relax at the table, on the sofa, or in the small lounge beneath the mezzanine. Despite the central location, the balcony is shielded from street noise, making it a private spot for breakfast or evening talks.
The unusual 43 m² layout allowed for several separate zones. The main living area has a comfortable sofa, TV, a table for four, and an open kitchen. The 140 cm-wide bed is on an open mezzanine accessed by metal stairs with wooden steps. Under the mezzanine is an additional lounge with a 120 cm-wide sofa bed. The apartment suits families or friends and can host up to five guests.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and other necessary appliances. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and air conditioning in two rooms, ensuring comfort on hot days. It is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator on św. Sebastiana street.
